The Energy & Asset Coordinator position will be located in Burnaby, BC supporting a large multi-year facilities management contract with BC Hydro. The role will be based at the client's Edmonds office location and reports directly to the Energy and Sustainability Manager.
The Energy & Asset Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning and execution of energy, sustainability, and capital planning initiatives across client facilities. This position is responsible for managing various phases of project delivery-from analyzing utility data and conducting site assessments to support the development of business cases and implementation of energy efficiency, decarbonization, and capital improvement projects.
The Coordinator will also prepare detailed reports and presentations, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that industry best practices and standards are met. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to foster long-term client relationships and drive measurable environmental impact.
