The End User Care Specialists work with Benevity\'s amazing end users, clients and non-profit organizations to push forward our mission of changing the world. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a skilled multi-tasker and keen to join a talented, collaborative team.

What you will do:

  • Create Raving Fans of Benevity through exceptional service
  • Be the primary contact and lead for client support requests by email and phone
  • Ensure all service levels are maintained
  • Escalate client issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely fashion
  • Report system bugs and enhancement requests to the development team
  • Become a subject matter expert for specific client programs and provide your expertise to the rest of the team
  • Respond to support requests in writing and over the phone
What you bring
  • Bachelor\'s degree, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client management role
  • Highly developed interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills
  • Be both independent and a team player focused on excellence
  • Experience working in a constantly changing environment, comfortable with change
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and complex systems
  • Ability to accurately analyze information and detect nuances in written communications
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and easily, using email and telephone
  • A second language is an asset
