We Are Hiring: Encapsulation Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a dedicated

Encapsulation Machine Operator

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have

at least one year of hands-on experience

operating

automatic or semi-automatic hard capsule filling machines

in a

pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing facility

.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain encapsulation machines to ensure efficient production. Perform machine setup, calibration, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure capsules meet required specifications. Accurately document production activities and machine parameters. Follow all GMP and safety protocols during operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience operating capsule filling machines (manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic). Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in pharmaceutical or dietary supplement environments. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. Physically capable of

standing for extended periods

and

lifting up to 20kg

as needed. Basic mechanical understanding or experience in troubleshooting is a strong asset.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with brands such as Bosch, Capsugel, Sejong, or similar encapsulation machines. Knowledge of batch records and production documentation. Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Work Environment:

Cleanroom manufacturing setting Standing and moving around for long hours Wearing PPE (hairnets, gloves, lab coats, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
