Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled
Employment Law Associate
with a minimum of
three years of experience
in employment law to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a dedicated legal professional with strong knowledge of employment law, excellent client management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a diverse caseload of employment law matters.
Provide strategic legal advice and representation to clients.
Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in Court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
Stay current with evolving employment law legislation and case law.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD)
and membership in good standing with the
Law Society of Ontario
.
Minimum
4 years of experience
practicing Ontario employment law.
Strong knowledge of employment law and workplace rights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Exceptional client management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
