Do you have experience providing exceptional customer service? We have opportunities for client-focused individuals to join our Assessments department as employer services centre (ESC) agents. The Assessments department at WorkSafeBC is responsible for helping employers register for our no-fault insurance systems and maintain their accounts. Working in our call centre, youll support our customer service initiatives by acting as the first point of contact for employers who require assistance with their insurance coverage - answering their questions regarding coverage, registration, and payment.
How youll make a difference: Youll help ensure B.C.s workers compensation system is properly funded so we can serve workers and employers now and in the future.
Where youll work
At WorkSafeBC, we offer a hybrid work model that combines the convenience of working remotely with the dynamism of working in one of our offices, based on the operational needs of the position.
In this role, youll work primarily from your B.C. home and occasionally in the Richmond office.
