We are looking for Employee Support Analyst to join our Employee Data Management team in Yellowknife. This critical role supports processes within a large, complex, high volume employee data maintenance, admin support and payroll function within the Canadian region.
This is a fast paced and challenging environment, in which you will perform. This role will mainly focus on actioning tickets on a day-to-day basis, supporting employees and supervisors with daily queries and performing other administrative activities
In this role you will be responsible for:
General administrative and advisory support for employee data maintenance
RTTMS Ticketing within Service Now - Processing; Providing guidance/support to Leaders, HR and employees
Master Data, Records and Query support
Create/update employee master data on SAP HR and maintenance of employee files
Update allowances and other employee attributes
Process and reconcile of Employee data, (confidential, accurate and timely processing)
Investigate and analyse employee queries e.g. Time management, gratuities, payments, acting etc
Support employees and leaders on Time Management i.e. PTMW \xe2\x80\x93 leave encashments, support leaders to capture Call-out, overtime, standby, acting, leave, Substitutions, fix clocks, where leaders experience challenges
Guide and process basic Benefits requests - My share, special leave; annual benefit changes
Maintain Employee Movements/Changes in SAP HR and associated admin activities i.e. check data on tickets is complete/correct prior to processing
Prepare Letters - Appointments, Certificate of service, other ad hoc letters as required
Reporting \xe2\x80\x93 run HR SAP reports and create ad hoc reports on request in Excel where needed
Maintain focus on continuous improvement to identify and implement improvement opportunities
HR Exit support for terminated employees - booking of exit medicals & completion of relevant docs, exit email to employees,
Support audit activities as requested
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring
2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in HR SAP within a data/administrative environment and post school qualification i.e. diploma or degree
Exposed and worked in an HR end to end environment
Understanding of importance of data management and accuracy
Demonstrated to deliver on objective setting
Ability to adhere to policies and processes,
Continuous improvement mindset focuses and collaborative skills
Self time management to deliver priorities with a high attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills (Zulu language advantageous)
Problem solving ability
Self-motivation to develop and grow
MS Excel skills - intermediate
Strong understanding of data privacy rules
