Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work? Banff Caribou Properties is looking for an Employee Housing Assistant to help run our staff accommodations smoothly. This role combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on tasks, including general and deep cleaning, inspections, and driving between properties. You'll work closely with the housing team and tenants to create a welcoming, well-maintained environment for our employees.



What You'll Do:



Coordinate and manage tenant move-ins and move-outs. Welcome and onboard new tenants, prepare lease agreements, and provide housing orientations. Conduct and document inspections of units and common areas to maintain high housing standards. Perform general cleaning and organize housing units regularly, and lead the annual deep cleaning of all units. Manage keys, parking, mailbox systems, and other housing logistics. Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries. Maintain accurate records in the Property Management System (PMS) and Dayforce, including payroll housing deductions. Support the housing team with correspondence, filing, and ongoing administrative tasks. Drive between housing properties as required to complete inspections, move-ins, and maintenance support. Participate in process improvements and other team projects.

What We're Looking For:



Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to enforce housing policies professionally and discreetly. Comfortable handling confidential information and managing multiple priorities. Physically capable of performing hands-on cleaning, inspections, and other housing-related tasks. Comfortable driving between properties as part of daily responsibilities. Proficiency with digital systems (PMS, Dayforce) or willingness to learn. Flexible availability, including Saturdays and seasonal peaks. Driving Licence required.
