Coastal Rides is a community-first ride-hailing service dedicated to connecting BC's coastal communities. Proudly local, we deliver safe, friendly, and reliable transportation. We're looking for dependable, customer-focused employee drivers to join our Sunshine Coast team and serve riders in Sechelt, Gibsons, and surrounding areas.

As an employee driver, you'll represent the Coastal Rides brand and be one of the first friendly faces our customers meet. We provide the vehicle, and your job is to bring great service.

What You'll Get:

$18.75 per hour, up to 60 hours per week for full time employees. 5% commission on fares + passenger tips Company vehicle provided during your shift Flexible scheduling (day, night & weekend shifts available) Be part of a local team that values community and quality service

Responsibilities:

Safely transport passengers to their destinations Deliver excellent customer service on every ride Maintain basic care and cleanliness of the company vehicle Use our driver app via smartphone to manage rides

What You'll Need:

Valid Class 1, 2, or 4 BC Driver's Licence 3+ years of driving experience Clean driving record & ability to pass a background check Smartphone with data Strong knowledge of Sunshine Coast communities Positive attitude and professional demeanour Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends up to 12 hours.
