The Career Advisor develops and delivers career services with a goal of providing employees with advice about training and education, employment opportunities and career progression. They help team members build the skills and knowledge required to make future career decisions and achieve career success at Nova Scotia Health. The Career Advisor utilizes an individual case management approach in their practice, employing a collaborative process that assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates services required to meet an employee\'s career development needs and goals. The Employee Career Advisor plays an active role in meeting the diverse and complex needs of Nova Scotia Heath employees using specialized knowledge and education in the area of career counselling.The Career Advisor provides advice, feedback, coaching, insights, and recommendations to clients in the following areas:
