A&M Abatement Services, a trusted leader in Abatement and remediation industry, is seeking a Crew Chief to lead our Emergency Response/remediation team with professionalism, technical skill, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Position Summary:
As a Emergency Response/Remediation Crew Chief, you will supervise and coordinate field teams responding to water, fire, mold, and other property damage projects by assisting our restoration company clients. This role requires hands-on experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to ensure quality service and safety standards are upheld on every job site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Emergency Response/remediation technicians on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, IICRC standards, and company procedures.
- Document job progress, complete paperwork.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the restoration/remediation industry.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
- IICRC Certification(s) preferred (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT etc.).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work in various conditions, and respond to after-hours emergencies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $26.00-$31.00 per hour
