Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Embroidery & Heat Press machine Operator
to join our team. This position involves working with a 6-head and 2 head embroidery machine and heat press equipment to customize apparel and accessories. Experience is preferred but mandatory.Key Responsibilities:
Operate a 6-head embroidery machine and heat press Read and follow work orders accurately Hoop garments and load items for embroidery and pressing Thread machines, change designs, and monitor production quality Perform light machine maintenance and troubleshooting Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality Maintain a clean and organized workspace Work independently and manage time effectively
Qualifications:
Experience is preferred but not mandatory. We will provide training Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good hand-eye coordination and ability to follow instructions Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
