Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Embroiderer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality embroidered products. This role involves operating embroidery machines, ensuring precision in design execution, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Embroiderer will play a crucial part in our production process, contributing to the overall quality and aesthetic of our products.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered items. Set up machines with appropriate threads, fabrics, and designs according to specifications. Review design files for accuracy and make necessary adjustments before production. Monitor the embroidery process to ensure consistent quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards. Receive and organize incoming shipments from suppliers and partners. Check products against packing slips and update our system to notify Order Managers. Stage outgoing orders for embroidery/DTF or customer pickup. Keep warehouse shelves organized, label orders clearly, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Requirements

Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred. Familiarity with embroidery machines and techniques is a strong plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
