Key Responsibilities:
Implement email campaigns for three brands under the same company umbrella as directed by the senior marketing team.
Manage and optimize Klaviyo campaigns, flows, and automated sequences.
Utilize segmentation and A/B testing to optimize email performance and engagement.
Set up and manage integrations between Klaviyo and Shopify for accurate customer data flow.
Report weekly email performance metrics to the Marketing Manager, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion tracking.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with the overall brand strategy.
Analyze email performance and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on email marketing trends, tools, and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in email marketing, specifically using Klaviyo.
Platform Knowledge:
Strong familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo integrations; experience with other eCommerce platforms is a plus.
Team Collaboration:
Ability to work closely and effectively within a team environment.
Customer Behavior:
Understanding of customer segmentation, retention strategies, and lifecycle marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates local to Windsor, Ontario, CA, will be given priority.
Experience with managing multiple brands or eCommerce stores simultaneously.
Knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus, but not mandatory
