We\'re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team in Montreal. You will be the expert in list management, campaign management and deliverability. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency for impactful nurturing and a passion for process and automation with a can-do attitude.

What you\'ll be doing:

• Work closely with other Email Marketing Specialists and internal stakeholders to manage and run campaigns to drive business goals
• Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing and deployment, calendars, and continuous improvement of these processes
• Manage and maintain email calendar across various regions and segments
• Support strategic programs across the customer lifecycle (batch sends, drip campaigns etc)
• Manage the email database to ensure compliance with GPDR, CASL and other privacy regulations
• Manage and develop chat experiences for leads and existing customers on our website using our chat software
• Manage and administer our marketing automation tool stack
• Work with key stakeholders to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance.

What you need to bring:

We\'re a team of 50 people located in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Our team is responsible for developing and executing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement.

We\'re looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

• 2+ years experience in marketing automation or email marketing
• Experience with enterprise level ESPs and CRMS (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot Salesforce, etc)
