Adfast is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist!




Under the responsibility of the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing targeted email marketing campaigns using the Pardot (Salesforce) platform to generate qualified leads, build customer loyalty, and support business objectives.

Working Conditions:




Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, Day shift, Hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Hybrid


Status : Permanent and full-time

Main Tasks and Responsabilities:



- Design and implement automated campaigns in Pardot (emails, forms, landing pages);


- Manage segments and dynamic lists based on customer profiles, behaviors, and lifecycles;


- Create automated workflows (nurturing, onboarding, follow-up, re-engagement);


- Write and format marketing emails (promotional and informational);


- Ensure content quality (A/B testing, deliverability, compliance with anti-spam laws);


- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with CRM objectives;


- Track key performance indicators: open rates, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes;


- Monitor trends in email marketing, automation, and personalization;


- Produce performance reports with strategic recommendations;


- Ensure the integrity of customer data and the proper functioning of Pardot/Salesforce integrations.

Job Requirements:



- Degree in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or a related field;


- 2 to 4 years of experience in email marketing using an automation tool (Pardot required);


- Pardot certification (a major asset).
Platform:



- Proficiency in Pardot.


- Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM (navigation, integration, lead scoring).
Automation and content:

- Creation of automated journeys, automation rules, and landing pages.


- Basic HTML/CSS for email (an asset).


- Good understanding of deliverability practices and anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, Bill C-28).
Tracking and performance:

- Dashboards in Pardot/Salesforce.


- Google Analytics (for tracking web conversions).


- Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) for detailed analysis.
