This is a 6-month contract supporting CRM platform migration and lifecycle email campaigns (Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Klaviyo), with potential for extension.

What You'll Be Doing:
Migration Leadership
Build platform migration plans, including milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Lead migration of historical performance data, templates, automations, and subscriber data from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Klaviyo
Data preparation and migration, including gathering, cleansing, and organizing subscriber data to export and then import into Klaviyo
Define, optimize and recreate audience segments as required
Klaviyo Account Setup
Configure Klaviyo integrations with eCommerce platforms and other third-party tools (e.g.
, etc.)
Configure core account settings such as UTM/link tracking, smart sending, and consent defaults (single/double opt-in)
Set user roles and permissions and access controls, establish naming/tagging conventions, and reporting dashboards
Create and configure forms/pop-ups, including mapping fields to properties, setting form display rules, consent language, double opt-in, and routing to the right lists/segments
Compliance, Deliverability, and Warming
Consult clients on compliance with CASL, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR (consent capture, preferences, suppression)
Set up the chosen sending domain for email authentication, and configure authentication settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Develop comprehensive IP/domain warming plans, including success metrics and audience targeting
Implement list hygiene standards and monitoring for complaint bounce, spam complaint, and unsubscribe rate thresholds
Campaigns & Automation
Own end-to-end production of Klaviyo campaigns and flows, including copywriting, flow and campaign setup, QA, and pre-deployment testing to ensure flawless execution
Develop targeting and content strategies, including advanced segmentation, audience rotation mapping, and automation triggers and targeting
Design and execute A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times to improve performance
Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization
Strategy & Client Collaboration
Serve as a client-facing consultant, collaborating directly with the client's marketing, CRM, and technical teams to gather requirements, and provide ongoing strategic guidance, reports on progress, and maintain alignment throughout the migration process
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to align channel strategies with business goals
Advise on best practices across multiple marketing platforms
(SFMC, Pardot, Braze, HubSpot)
KPI definition and reporting framework setup
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience migrating campaigns from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Klaviyo.
Strong knowledge of SFMC, SFCC, OMS, Salesforce CRM, Klaviyo.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), Braze, and/or HubSpot experience is an asset.
Client-facing experience, including executive-level, presenting strategies and campaign results.
Skilled in segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle/CRM strategies and execution.
Experienced in A/B testing, optimization, and analyzing email, push notifications and SMS performance metrics. Available for a 6 month duration December 1 2025 - May 31 2026 (expectation of 20-40 hours/week)
Able to work effectively in remote setting
