Position Overview

We're looking for a

Part-Time Email Marketing Specialist

to help elevate our email campaigns and strengthen communication with our customers. This role is ideal for someone who's hands-on with DTC email marketing, has a good eye for design, and understands how to create campaigns that engage, educate, and convert.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage branded email campaigns (promotions, product launches, abandoned cart flows, newsletters, etc.) Build and optimize automations, segmentation, and A/B tests for performance improvement Manage lists, deliverability, and campaign scheduling in platforms like

Klaviyo

Create and maintain email templates aligned with Robbox's brand tone and design system Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization Collaborate with our marketing team on campaign planning and content direction

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in email marketing for

DTC or eCommerce brands

Strong understanding of email design principles (mobile-first layouts, visual hierarchy, CTA clarity) Experience using Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar platforms Knowledge of segmentation, automation, and deliverability best practices Proficiency in copywriting and basic HTML is an asset Portfolio of past work or campaigns is strongly preferred

Part-time contract position

(10-15 hours/week to start, with potential for growth) Flexible hours, remote-friendly Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
