PURPOSE OF THE ROLEUnder the supervision the Manager, Email Marketing, the incumbent will assist the email marketing team by collaborating on the day-to-day tasks essential to the smooth running and outreach of the email channel.JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Assist with all day-to-day email marketing activities;
  • Write and update briefing sessions ;
  • Follow up in the project management system;
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the newsletter calendar;
  • Integrate newsletter campaigns;
  • Assist in the programming of newsletter campaigns;
  • Perform quality tests and controls and identify resulting problems;
  • Support the application of segmentation and personalization strategies;
  • Be a support in the maintenance and creation of customer journeys;
  • Provide support in the organization and implementation of various projects;
  • Anticipate the needs of the team and offer proactive support;
  • Conduct effective competitive monitoring on a regular basis;
  • Ensure good communication and cooperation with various departments and teams;
  • Perform all other related tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Post-secondary studies in marketing, business, communication, media or equivalent;
  • 1-2 years of experience in an email marketing position (an asset);
  • Experience in the field of retail and/or fashion (an asset);
  • Proficient in the Office Suite: Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Ability to work under pressure under tight deadlines by adapting to unforeseen events;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize;
  • Sense of organization, autonomous and adept at evolving in a changing environment;
  • Meticulousness, rigor and attention to detail;
  • Proven interpersonal and team skills;
  • Bilingual, both oral and written, French and English (The person will have to do advertising campaigns for the Canadian market).
