A career as an email and marketing automation integrator in the Client Contact and Performance team at National Bank means acting as a campaign specialist to strengthen our team dedicated to integrating targeted communications, including emails via the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform. This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organisation thanks to your expertise in email communications and strategic use of client data (profile and ownership).

Your job

Implement email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, journey Builder, Automation Studio) Integrate and test HTML/AMPSCRIPT emails to ensure multi-client compatibility and optimal display Ensure that campaigns run smoothly: Plan, execute, monitor and carry out reporting Work with the relationship Marketing and targeting teams to ensure consistent messages and client journeys Help continuously improve integration and distribution processes Monitor email marketing best practises and developments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The Operational efficiency team, with 9 specialists, combines an in-depth understanding of the client experience, an assertive strategic vision and in-depth mastery of technological business capabilities. You will report to the Manager - Operational Excellence - Digital CRM. Our team stands out for its authentic, human management approach that promotes everyone's developmentin their role. Together, we design innovative solutions to effectively reach National Bank's Personal Banking, commercial and wealth Management clients.

Prerequisites

2 to 4 years of experience managing email campaigns or integrating into a CRM environment Mastering HTML/CSS integration for email Be familiar with the Email Studio, journey Builder and Automation Studio modules Be familiar with email test tools (litmus, Email on acid) Basic knowledge of SQL and segmentation
