JOB TITLE Elite Support Worker REPORTS TO Elite Support Services Manager MAIN OBJECTIVE Support community involvement, daily life skills activities, and promote individuality. Increasing quality of life, communication and overall well-being.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The successful applicant will be responsible for adhering to the daily activity schedule and actively engage in the client\xe2\x80\x99s progress and participation in activities. Activities to be considered include:

• Life skills
• Fitness classes including dance and yoga
• Health and wellness
• Community and recreational outings
• Art
• Music therapy

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Human Services, Personal Support Worker, Health Care Aid; two to four years\xe2\x80\x99 experience is an asset
• First Aid and CPR
• Lift and Transfer
• Universal precaution for the prevention of transmitting infections or communicable diseases
• Autism Training
• Or Nonviolence Crisis Intervention
• Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training
• Personal Care Workshop
