The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold an

AMI or MACTE-accredited Montessori Elementary certification

. Bring warmth, creativity, and professionalism to the classroom every day. Cultivate a classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration, critical thinking, and respect for self, others, and the environment. Collaborate closely with colleagues, families, and the broader school community to support each child's unique growth and development. Embrace outdoor learning opportunities and hands-on experiences that connect students to the world around them.

Qualifications:

Montessori Elementary Certification (AMI or MACTE accredited). Bachelor of Education or equivalent. Strong communication and organizational skills. A deep commitment to Montessori philosophy and child-centred learning.
