Sturgeon Public Schools is seeking a

Full-Time Temporary Grade 3 Teacher for Camilla School.

Located 15 minutes northwest of St. Albert in the Hamlet of Riviere Qui Barre, Camilla School serves approximately 500 students from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 9. The school is known for its strong academic culture, supportive learning environment, and commitment to meeting the needs of diverse learners through innovative teaching and collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing

Plan and deliver engaging instruction that supports literacy, numeracy, and inquiry-based learning Create a classroom environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and confidence Support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through developmentally appropriate strategies Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities Use technology and hands-on learning to enhance student engagement
Collaborate with colleagues and families to support student success

What You Bring

Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate Training and background in teaching at the Elementary level Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Knowledge and experience integrating technology into instruction
Clear Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check
