The Churchill Clinic
is currently seeking a 6 grade teacher to work in a remote Indigenous community. This is a full-time contract (day schedule) running from now to end of June, with the possibility of renewal. The selected candidate will be required to relocate for the duration of the contract, with housing provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and prepare teaching content
Deliver engaging and diverse teaching and learning activities
Evaluate students' knowledge acquisition and skills development
Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and school administration
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree and teaching certification
Teaching experience in public or private sectors (an asset)
Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months
