About the Role

We're searching for a Primary/Junior Elementary Teacher who is enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated to helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. What You'll Do:

Design engaging, hands-on lessons that make learning meaningful and fun. Create a classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued, safe, and encouraged to take risks and explore. Use diverse teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners. Communicate openly with families, building strong partnerships to support each child's success. Contribute to our dynamic school culture, sharing ideas and collaborating on special projects, events, and enrichment opportunities. Reflect on your practice and pursue ongoing professional development to keep growing as an educator.

What We're Looking For:

Ontario Certified Teacher or equivalent. Experience working with primary and/or junior students. A genuine love of teaching and working with young learners. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Creativity, flexibility, and a growth mindset. Comfort with integrating technology into teaching is an asset.

Pay: $51,000.00-$87,000.00 per year
