Prairie Sky School (PSS) is a Kindergarten to Grade 8 elementary school located on Treaty 4 Territory in Regina, Saskatchewan. We are a Qualified Independent School (QIS), teaching the Saskatchewan curriculum through a specific focus on

The successful candidate must:
Possess a Professional A Teaching Certificate for the province of Saskatchewan and be in good standing with the SPTRB
Have experience and interest in outdoor education
Have experience and interest in arts education
Have experience and interest in holistic education
Possess excellent written communication skills (necessary for the anecdotal model of assessment and reporting used at PSS)
Be a team player and possess strong interpersonal communication skills
Be a resident of Canada
Valuable assets (not required):

Bushcraft/fieldcraft skills
Canoe certification (Paddle Canada)
Mental Health First Aid training
Trail and city cycling experience
Wilderness First Aid and wilderness experience
The successful candidate will be required to provide educational certificates, a current criminal record check, and proof of current First Aid certification (Level C) before their first day of work.
