Your Key Responsibilities:
- Problem-Solving Expertise: Take on production challenges by implementing effective short-term fixes and sustainable long-term solutions.
- Craftsmanship and Maintenance: Demonstrate your skills by crafting, repairing, and maintaining essential electrical test tools that underpin our operations.
- Precision Calibration: Lead the calibration and maintenance of critical tools, including managing outsourcing when necessary.
- Innovative Debugging: Drive improvements in debugging practices, assembly procedures, and design processes.
- Enhancing Efficiency: Collaborate on enhancing our MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system, emphasizing standardization.
- NPI Involvement: Play a pivotal role in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, identifying risks, and closing knowledge gaps.
- MRB Investigations: Engage in Material Review Board (MRB) investigations, proposing and implementing comprehensive solutions while offering thorough training.
- Operational Excellence: Actively contribute to refining our operational structure for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Safety First: Create a safe and healthy production floor where your colleagues can thrive.
Qualifications That Make You Stand Out:
- Education or Equivalent: Possess a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) or Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC) in electronics, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Soldering Mastery: Highlight your proven expertise in soldering and meticulous inspection of solder joints.
- Tech Savvy: Demonstrate proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and excel in using the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Effective Communication: Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate with team in the USA.
