Your position

For a company in the packaging sector located in Blainville, we are looking for an Electrotechnician - day shift - 40h/week: 4 x 10h between Monday and Friday - permanent position

Reporting to the technical supervisor, you will be in charge of the following tasks:

- Corrective maintenance and repair of equipment as required
- Coordinate preventive maintenance in accordance with the production schedule
- Carry out checks during production, diagnose problems
- Optimize industrial equipment, assemble electrical panels, calibrate and install instrumentation
- Program and participate in the implementation of automated machines or specific parts
- Apply safety procedures
- Other related maintenance tasks

Your profile

-At least 3 years\' experience in a similar position
French-speaking profile - knowledge of English
-DEC in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or automation
-Bachelor\'s degree, mandatory
-Relevant knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics
-Programming experience (Allen Bradley)
-Knowledge of Autocad
-Salary: $70k - $80k depending on experience
