We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in both electrical and mechanical engineering, with the ability to build, fabricate, analyze, and test electronic systems. This role requires effective communication skills and the capability to draft technical documents.
Responsibilities
Assemble, test, and document prototype products.
Analyze and troubleshoot electronic circuits.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding project updates and technical issues.
Draft technical documentation.
Collaborate with engineers to develop innovative solutions for complex problems in electronics design.
Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
Qualifications
This position is

open to Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents of Canada, or persons who have been granted refugee status in Canada.
Graduation from a post-secondary program is
mandatory
with a preference for B.Tech, B.Eng, B.ASc, or similar in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Strong lab skills including soldering.
Experience with Power Electronics (Battery Chargers, Power Supplies, Inverters, etc.) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electronic systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information.
Ability to draft clear technical documents and reports.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
