The Ultra Engineering function manages a portfolio of specialist capabilities, generating highly differentiated solutions and products by applying electronic, mechanical, and software technologies in demanding and critical environments to meet customer needs.

The Analysis & Simulation engineering function provides a vital role in Ultra\'s complex engineering projects. The engineers use technical expertise and knowledge of computer simulation technologies to test the performance, durability and functionality of engineering solutions in a virtual environment. They also perform testing in non virtual environments to support product qualification. The role holder will be either a) an entry level professional with limited work experience but with applicable education, learning skills to perform routine tasks as prescribed and with little autonomy. Works under clearly defined procedures and with close supervision. Expected to progress through a graduate career path; or b) a technical or skilled individual providing support to others and contributing through application of technical expertise and knowledge gained through experience in clearly defined operations environments and formalised job-related training.
