We are seeking an
Electronics Technologist
to support our global customer base, distributor network, and internal commercial teams. This role is central to ensuring customer success through expert-level technical support, client onboarding, in-depth product training, and advanced diagnostics and repair of our industry-leading IoT monitoring solutions.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Client Onboarding & Technical Training
Lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring seamless deployment and full operational readiness.
Deliver training for clients, distributors, and end users, including training on IoT hardware, visualization software (CorView and iCPSM), and best practices for deployment and monitoring.
Support development of training materials and facilitate both virtual and in-person sessions.
Technical Support & Field Services
Provide high-level technical support to clients, distributors, and internal teams, acting as an escalation point for complex issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, firmware, and software.
Travel to client sites as needed for on-site support, diagnostics, and optimization.
Diagnostics, Testing & Repair
Conduct advanced diagnostic, calibration, and repair work on IOT devices
Adhere to and improve internal testing procedures to maintain high equipment reliability standards.
Support analysis of failure trends and feedback into product improvement efforts.
Manage logistics for RMA workflows and hardware replacement coordination.
Documentation & Process Improvement
Support the development and updating of technical documentation, such as support manuals, repair SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to improve the efficiency and quality of technical support delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering Technology.
Strong technical skills in electronics diagnostics, testing, and repair.
Proficient with multi-meters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Excellent mechanical assembly, wiring and soldering skills.
Experience in a consultative service or customer success environment is a strong asset.
Knowledge of standard ESD and electronics handling procedures.
General electrical safety knowledge.
Knowledge or experience in the cathodic industry is an asset but not required (we will train you).
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5%.
