Reporting to the Repair Supervisor, you will be responsible for diagnostic testing, fault isolation and repair of avionics and test equipment assemblies down to the Shop Replaceable Assembly (SRA) or Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) and component level as required.
Working in an Automated Test Equipment or Avionics repair and test laboratory environment and using your highly developed skill set, you will generate an airworthy product in accordance with approved documentation and standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Certified Electronics Technician or Technologist or Military equivalent
High degree of technical aptitude and detail orientation
Customer service oriented
Enjoys working independently for long periods but can also work well within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, frequency counters, and signal generators
Minimum three years of experience in the repair of complex electronics or avionics equipment or in troubleshooting down to the component level (i.e., microcircuit, transistor, capacitor, etc.)
Strong organization skills
Knowledge of Military specifications for components and familiar with ISO standards
