Job Description

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the product development team to identify, analyze, and resolve engineering issues. Coordinate and follow up on new product field tests, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of results. Communicate production-related issues with the customer service team and provide technical troubleshooting support to customers. Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, procedures, and online support tools to enhance service efficiency. Assist in building, assembling, and testing prototypes according to engineering specifications. Support design, development, and testing activities for new and existing electronic products. Inspect, test, and calibrate electronic components to ensure compliance with performance standards and specifications. Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test, and analyze the performance of electronic assemblies and systems. Conduct market research on comparable products and provide feedback to the factory development team for continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical program. Solid understanding of electronic schematics, circuit design, and PCB layouts. Experience in the garage door industry is highly preferred. Prior experience in consumer electronics manufacturing, product design, or testing environments. Hands-on familiarity with a wide range of electronic components and testing tools. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to interpret and explain technical concepts clearly. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in technical support and customer service is considered an asset.
Salary negotiable as per working experience
