Alberta Health Services is now seeking such a person with the right qualifications for the role of Electroneurophysiology Technologist II, or EEG Tech in the outstanding City of Calgary! As an Electroneurophysiology (EEG) Technologist within the Calgary Zone Adult Neurophysiology Program, you will be primarily stationed at one of Calgary\'s major hospitals. As needed, you will provide EEG support up to two other major medical centres. All facilities are exceptional full-service hospitals with a wide range of specialities. You will observe physical changes in the patient during testing, prepare results and/or interprets findings for/with physician. You will prepare, update and maintain patient records. You will ensure proper operation of equipment by performing maintenance, calibration, cleaning and detect any equipment malfunction, make minor repairs or report the need for major repairs to the appropriate person. You will inform the physician of urgent examination results and resolve unusual or complex cases or refers concerns to the appropriate individual(s).
