Description:Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs, including responding to service calls.Carry out preventive maintenance work covering mechanical, electrical and health, safety and environmental (HSE) aspects.Provide production support by adjusting equipment as required.Document all interventions in detail in the computerized maintenance management system.Evaluate corrective work orders to be carried out, both in terms of parts and labor, and complete the necessary purchase requisitions.Collaborate with the maintenance planner in the preparation and scheduling of work.Improve existing preventive maintenance plans.Analyze failures to determine root causes and propose preventive actions.Identify and suggest improvements to optimize equipment performance.Act as an expert in equipment problems.Become familiar with and strictly adhere to the various procedures in place.Respect Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as well as health and safety rules.ProfileRequired profile:Diploma of vocational studies (DEP) in electromechanics.One (1) to three (3) years\'professional experience as an electromechanic, including diagnostics on mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic equipment.Basic machining and welding skills.Fluency in French and good understanding of English.Ability to work in an IT environment (knowledge of SAP an asset).Successful completion of tests in accordance with the standards set for the position.Strong leadership with the ability to take responsibility.Commitment to quality of work, including adherence to standards and procedures, as well as attention to detail.Ability to see the big picture, including the environment and activities, with strong organizational skills and the ability to consider several aspects simultaneously.Ability to learn quickly and take initiative, demonstrating autonomy, proactivity and the ability to propose solutions.Contractual informationCompetitive compensation: potentially up to $40/hour after working 1950 hours; Full benefits, including group insurance and pension plan.\xe2\x9c\x94\xef\xb8\x8f Premium for night shift (+1.50 $/hour); Opportunity for voluntary overtime.\xe2\x9c\x94\xef\xb8\x8f Above-average number of statutory holidays.\xe2\x9c\x94\xef\xb8\x8f Full-time employment, with no seasonal fluctuations, in a sector little influenced by economic cycles.\xe2\x9c\x94\xef\xb8\x8f Highly clean, secure, air-conditioned and low-noise environment; focused on occupational health and safety.
