Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, including industrial experience, and will be proficient in reading blueprints and schematics. This role requires a hands-on approach to electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local codes and regulations. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Troubleshoot electrical issues by diagnosing problems and implementing appropriate solutions. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct low voltage wiring installations for various systems as required. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during projects.

Requirements / Preferences

Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in an commercial setting. Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety practices. Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation. Experience with hand tools and power tools commonly used in electrical work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred but not mandatory.
