Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. 2 nd year apprentice to J-man . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems and be adept at working in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a keen understanding of electrical codes, safety practices, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively in various construction environments. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. Ensure all installations comply with local electrical codes and regulations. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or necessary repairs. Work with low voltage systems as required for specific projects.

Experience

Proven experience as an Electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings is preferred. Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics is essential. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in electrical work. Experience working with low voltage systems is a plus. Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on larger projects. Pay: $22.00-$34.00 per hour
