We are currently looking for an electrician to join and manufacturing facility located in Cambridge.
The ideal person will have at least 3-4 years of experience working in a similar role.Location: Cambridge

Tickets required: Yes, 442a or a 309a
Shift: Straight Nights
Pay: $40/hour + shift premium totaling $41/h

xc2xb7 Repair all electrical components of machines, including PLCs, changing motors, sensors, etc.
xc2xb7 Read electrical blueprints while trouble shooting, repairing or installing electrical equipment.
xc2xb7 Provide electrical building maintenance, including changing electrical plugs, ballasts, etc.
xc2xb7 Conduct new installations- i.e. electrical services
xc2xb7 Conduct electrical preventative maintenance
xc2xb7 Work with electrical contractors as required.
xc2xb7 Assist with bi-annual shut down and electrical repairs
xc2xb7 Diagnostic trouble shooting of electrical breakdowns
xc2xb7 Assist with inventory of electrical stores
xc2xb7 Practice and follow all applicable safety regulations, policies and procedures.
xc2xb7 Operate forklift / scissor lift as requiredQualifications
- 442a certification with a completed apprenticeship
- Can work up to 600 VAC
- Must have working knowledge of Allen Bradley / Siemens PLC
