LIC'D ELECTRICIAN REQUIREMENTS - Essential qualifications:
- Proficient in reading blueprints and related documentation; detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Experience with panel installations, retrofits, EMT conduit, and switchgear tasks, including panel replacement.
- Skilled in installing utility boxes, wire pulling, and understanding wire fill rules.
- Previous experience with apartment retrofit projects.
- Knowledge of current ESA code regulations.
APPRENTICE REQUIREMENTS - Essential qualifications:
- Hands-on trade experience is required. Not hiring "new to trade".
- Must be know industry materials and equipment terminology.

- Responsible, professional appearance, ability to collaborate effectively, and demonstrates integrity.
- Possession of hand tools and ESA code book.
- Eligible for bonding (no criminal record).
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Work locations: GTA, primarily Mississauga (L5N area).
Payroll details:
- Hourly wages paid weekly.
- Work week is Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as needed).
- Hours may vary; typically 7:00am - 4:00pm.
