Duties include installation of phone and data cables and terminations, electrical renovations or new installations as required. The electrician is responsible to troubleshoot, maintain and repair all of the complex\'s electrical and electronic equipment and systems. To install new electrical equipment when needed and comply with Canadian and Provincial Codes.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:Grade XII and valid Nova Scotia Construction Electrician Journeyman CertificationOne year post Journeyman experience required, four years experience preferredDemonstrated knowledge in maintenance repair and installation of all types of electrical systems and new equipmentKnowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code and Safety CodesValid training in the following will be considered an asset: WHMIS, Confined Space Awareness, Fall Protection, Arc Flash Training, First Aid, Lock & Tag Out, Infection ControlCompetencies in other languages an asset, French preferredPlease ensure your resume is up to date and includes all relevant education, experience, training, and certifications.Hours
