Must be FULLY Licensed Electrician (Preferably 442A)

Straight afternoon shifts- (3:30pm-12am)

Major duties and responsibilities:

Production and Manufacturing Support:

Mechanical and troubleshooting skills; servicing production breakdowns Setting up new machinery. Robotic programming - Fanuc, Panasonic, ABB. Preventative maintenance skills. Keen focus on relationship management and customer service. Highest safety standards. Demonstrated self-reliance. Work closely and cooperatively with other associates. Perform duties in safest manner. . Perform other duties as required. PLC Programming/troubleshooting Allen Bradley/Omron.

Health and Safety:

Maintain safe and positive work environment Lead by example in all Health and Safety areas Maintain 5S in dedicated areas Wear PPE as required in the plant all times Lock out/tag out

Follow and uphold company policies Participate in interdepartmental cross training

Communication:

Liaise with all departments Communicate consistently with the Quality department to understand and meet goals Treat all team members as Customers

Quality:

Ensure all audits are completed as well as upmost professionalism Ensure all documentation is filled out correctly

Physical and environmental:

Combination of walking, standing, lifting, bending, reaching and sitting for entire shift Travel; valid driver's license and passport to travel outside of Canada Moderate too high stress environment; concrete floors, metal parts. Office environment; use of computer, printers, faxes, monitors and various software

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to abide by all Ursa policies (including attendance, health & safety, etc.)

Must be able to read and write English Lock out/tag out training Fall arrest training Proven attention to detail Strong troubleshooting skills Valid Certification of Qualification as an electrician Basic mechanical abilities Must be able to perform and use mathematical calculations Must be able to work on Saturdays or be available for overtime as customer demands require Must be able to work under changing work conditions with moderate to high stress Proven record of cooperativeness with supervisors and production associates

EDUCATION:

Member of the Ontario College of Trades
