Custom Fire & Sprinkler Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled and dedicated

Licensed 309A Electrician

to join our team! As an Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components related to fire and sprinkler systems. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and compliance of these systems within various residential, commercial and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring, equipment and devices related to fire and sprinkler systems. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards, as well as safety regulations. Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical components in fire and sprinkler systems. Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions using appropriate testing equipment and tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to determine system layouts. Collaborate with other team members, including fire and sprinkler technicians, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. Provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades to enhance system performance and safety. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and inspection reports. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must possess a valid 309A license. Valid CFAA license considered an asset. Valid G Driver's License. Minimum (3) years experience as an electrician, preferably with experience in fire and sprinkler systems. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Please note, salary is highly negotiable based on experience.

Pay: $37.00-$43.00 per hour
