ACU-TEC is a 2nd generation owned business with over 37 years in the industry. We are a full service inspection and maintenance company with a reputation for honesty and quality workmanship.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance work on lifting equipment, electrical, electronic controls, electrification systems, hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems Perform crane inspections, repairs, installations and respond to breakdown calls Inspect hoists, cranes, systems, chain falls and pullers Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts Completes reports on inspected items neatly and accurately on inspection sheets and submits to administration for processing Performs general labour and/or maintenance work Complies with company quality and safety procedures for completing work Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Skills:

Safety Conscious Attention to detail Accurate Reliable Mechanical aptitude Good communication, problem solving, decision making, and critical thinking skills Experience with hoist and cranes an asset A diligent worker who can operate within a team or autonomously as required Display a professional image and work within a team environment to accomplish goals

Job Requirements:

Provide own hand tools and CSA approved steel-toed safety boots Proficient in English Pass a pre-screen drug and alcohol test.

Valid Electrician Certification (442A or 309A) Must hold a valid driver's license and be insurable
