Electrician

to help us with an initial house renovation project. If this project goes well, it could lead to more full-time or part-time work with our team.

Your Role

As an Electrician, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems for this renovation. Your expertise will be key to ensuring the safety and functionality of the property.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain electrical systems for the renovation project. Read blueprints and technical diagrams to plan electrical layouts. Troubleshoot and repair any electrical issues that arise. Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety regulations. Work effectively with other tradespeople on site. Safely use power tools and hand tools for installations.
Requirements

Proven experience as an electrician in construction or real estate. Strong understanding of electrical systems, low voltage applications, and industrial wiring. Ability to accurately read blueprints and schematics. Familiarity with standard electrical tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
