Compensation

• $35 to $42 per hour, depending on your experience
• Full-time, permanent role
• Monday to Friday, day shift only
• Overtime available when needed

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an Electrician who wants predictable hours without sacrificing interesting, hands-on work. You will be part of a maintenance team that focuses on doing things properly the first time, rather than constantly reacting to breakdowns.
Your day will involve a mix of troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvement work. You will see the direct impact of your efforts in smoother operations and fewer disruptions.
Position Description

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on production equipment and building systems
• Carry out preventative maintenance to help avoid downtime
• Respond to electrical faults and work through problems methodically
• Follow electrical codes and safety standards at all times
• Communicate clearly with teammates and production staff when issues arise
• Support upgrades and improvements to equipment and systems

Experience

• Background in an industrial maintenance environment
• Strong problem-solving ability when electrical issues arise
• Comfortable working on your own and as part of a team
• Experience maintaining production equipment is an asset

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrician
• Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems
• Able to read schematics and technical drawings
• Safety-focused with a practical, hands-on approach to your work
