Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician and/or Electrical Apprentice (minimum 4 years experience) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various industrial and construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical codes, schematics, and safety procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations. The Electrician will work closely with project managers and other trades to deliver high-quality electrical solutions that meet project specifications and industry standards.

Duties

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical installations and repairs Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems including low voltage wiring and power distribution equipment Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical tasks Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues or hazards Perform wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing in accordance with electrical codes and safety regulations Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate electrical work within larger project timelines Document work performed and report on system status or required repairs Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal electrical codes

Qualifications

Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or construction settings Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical diagrams Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment used in electrical work Experience working with low voltage systems and industrial electrical components Ability to interpret technical schematics and follow detailed instructions accurately Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical installations and maintenance Relevant electrician licensing or certification preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 45 per week
