LuMar Electric is expanding! We are looking for motivated Electrician Apprentices to join our growing team in our residential, commercial, and service departments.

Role Overview

As an apprentice, you will work under the supervision of journeypersons and foremen to learn all aspects of the electrical trade -- from installation and troubleshooting to maintenance and customer service. You'll gain hands-on experience while building a strong foundation for a lasting career.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems Support journeypersons and foremen on job sites Learn and apply electrical codes, safety practices, and company procedures Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in good condition Participate in on-the-job training and formal apprenticeship education Demonstrate professionalism and a strong work ethic at all times

Requirements

No experience required

- training provided for the right candidates Previous field experience (3+ months) considered an asset

Valid Driver's License

(required) Strong willingness to learn and take direction Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Positive attitude and good communication skills

Our Process

If selected, you'll first complete a short phone interview with our HR team (based at our headquarters in Moncton, NB). Successful candidates will then be invited to an in-person interview at our Stratford, PEI office with our PEI Manager and one of our Owners.
