Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various applications not limited to commercial construction/service and residential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, with the ability to interpret technical schematics and work safely in the required environments. This role offers an opportunity to contribute the the growth of Tench Electrical Division, including the opportunity to learn HVAC systems, control and control wiring and high rise commercial service.

Duties

Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in industrial settings Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide installation and maintenance tasks Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete electrical work accurately Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to identify issues and ensure operational safety Work on low voltage and high voltage systems as required by project specifications Collaborate with construction teams during new installations or upgrades Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and system conditions Adhere strictly to safety protocols and electrical codes throughout all tasks

Skills

Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for complex electrical systems Previous experience as an industrial electrician is highly preferred Strong knowledge of construction practices related to electrical installations Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized electrical equipment Experience working with low voltage systems and power distribution setups Solid understanding of electrical theory and experience with troubleshooting electrical issues Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Commitment to safety standards and continuous learning in evolving electrical technologies
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
