Job Description
Job Title: Overhead Cranes Technician
We are seeking a skilled Overhead Crane Technician to join our team. As a member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing installations, repairs, and maintenance on overhead cranes, hoists, and other material handling equipment.
Responsibilities
:- Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions - Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts - Perform crane inspections, repairs, installations, and respond to breakdown calls - Inspect hoists, cranes, systems, chain falls, and pullers - Display a professional image and work within a team environment to accomplish goals - Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Secondary school diploma or high school equivalent as a minimum - Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training - Minimum 2 years of experience
- Electrical (309a/442a) License
- Critical thinking skills - Excellent people and communication skills, both verbal and written - Current driver's license in good standing - Lifting up to 50lbs - Willingness to work overtimeJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
