Become a part of the Future of UAS at StrobelTEK as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.

As a Mechanical / Electrical Engineer at StrobelTEK, you will support the design, development, integration, and testing of advanced uncrewed aerial systems and related autonomous platforms. You will be a hands-on engineer, comfortable working across mechanical structures, electronics, and system integration in a fast-moving applied R&D environment.

On active projects, you will design and prototype lightweight mechanical structures, integrate avionics and electrical systems, and support manufacturing and assembly activities. On testing and demonstrations, you will support system integration, troubleshooting, and field operations. You will work closely with software, autonomy, and systems engineers to deliver robust, flight-ready platforms.

Required Skills



Proficiency with SolidWorks (mechanical) and/or KiCad (electrical) Experience with rapid prototyping and hands-on hardware development Strong practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team Comfort working in an applied R&D and prototype-driven environment

Desired Skills



Experience with lightweight structures (drones, aircraft, robotics) Experience with uncrewed or robotic systems (UAVs, UGVs, ASVs) Experience with composite materials and manufacturing processes Experience integrating avionics, sensors, and power systems Familiarity with aerospace or automotive standards and best practices Experience supporting live testing, demonstrations, or field deployments
