Mantecon Partners Inc. is an agile, full-service, multi-disciplinary engineering firm specializing in Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering. Reporting to a Senior Electrical Engineer or Project Manager, you are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to apply your technical skills in a real-world engineering environment. This co-op position is based in Dundas, Ontario, and offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the design and construction of commercial buildings, institutional facilities, and light industrial process plants.

We are currently seeking a motivated Electrical Technologist t to join our Electrical Engineering Department.

Job Requirements

DAY-TO-DAY WORK

Support engineers and designers on a variety of electrical design projects. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to produce integrated building system designs.
Assist with the design and drafting of electrical systems such as lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, communications, and

control systems.

Use AutoCAD and Revit software to develop and revise design drawings in accordance with company CAD standards. Conduct field reviews, document findings with notes and photos, and prepare basic site reports under supervision. Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions. PREREQUISITES

Enrolled in a College-level Electrical Engineering Technology or Electrical Technologist program. Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit. Basic understanding of electrical design principles and construction drawings.

Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines. Positive attitude and a passion for learning within a professional engineering environment.
